Welbourne House is made up of three plots consisting of a residential block, a healthcare centre and a retail unit in Tottenham Hale, North London.

The structure is formed using a blend of both Felsham and Wijnegem bricks manufactured by Nelissen Steenfabrieken. Bespoke stone was supplied by Vobster and installed by Grangewood Brickwork.
