King William Street

Number One King William Street offers exceptional office space in the centre of the City of London’s Bank Conservation Area; with eight stories and a basement, the original 1920’s building has been restored back to its full potential including the extension of the two neighbouring buildings.

Works included the construction of the new Flemish bond brickwork façade on Sherborne Lane and St Swithin’s Lane, Elevations and an extension on the existing glazed block light wall.

Our bespoke brickwork package accentuates the classic culture of the building whilst retaining its sophistication among its surroundings.
