Broadwick Street

57 Broadwick Street is located on the corner of Broadwick Street and Marshall Street, in the bustling heart of London’s Soho.

The building includes retail space on the ground floor, offices from first to fourth floor and spacious apartments shared on the fourth floor; the basement will provide safe cycle space.

For this project, high quality materials were utilised, including long slender bricks which provides and lends texture to the development, further complimented by the blue glazed bricks and cladding panels of a dark, gun metal exterior.
