Eastwick and Sweetwater completed in 2021, this flagship development constructed on the site of the 2012 London Olympics comprises of over 300 residential properties and including commercial units. Delivered over five distinctly unique blocks, each featuring bespoke brickwork detailing and decorative features.
The residential blocks are intersected by and encompass vibrant but relaxing communal green garden space.
A truly wonderful project and one that Grangewood Brickwork were proud to be part of.
